Another Great Way to Use Saffron

Here's a recipe for Saffron Tea that you may want to give a try:

Put approximately 12 saffron stigmas in one cup of boiling water and let stand for a few minutes.  Then pour through a strainer before drinking.

Seems to me this might be the best way of all to get the best benefits from this spice.  I'm only going to give this to my husband every "second" day for now while alternating with the carrot juice tonics.

I just goggled saffron and cancer and came to this blog. I have metastatic breast cancer that has gone into several bones. I have been making saffron tea mixed with pau d'arco tea, with a little stevia leaf and peppermint. It's really good. Also, please check out the book "the China study" which has found animal product, especially casien promotes tumor growth. The bottom line-no dairy, no animal products, and I'm sure you know absolutely no sugar. A plant based diet is the way to go. I just love cheese and it's harder to give up than beef.
